On Saturday night I met 8 girls, their partners and families at Discovery Food Studio in Sandton to take photos of their matric dance cocktails.
What a magnificent venue for cocktails! It was the first time I’d been to the new studio setting in the new Discovery building.
The view from the venue is magnificent! On the one side you can see all the way to the Joburg CBD although the construction with the massive cranes did put a spanner in the mix. On the other side of the building the view from an empty deck looks towards the sun setting over the Sandton CBD.
It was such a magnificent evening! Thank goodness it was a whole load warmer than it’s been.
I really hope they all enjoyed their dance.
