I got a birdfeeder from my parents for my birthday. Within 10 minutes of putting it on the garden wall and filling it with food, the birds had found it. Within a few days, Red Headed Finches started coming for food – you can see them in this pic. I’m going to try get closer to get a good pic of them.

I thought I was very clever asking my mom to get me a self-feeding bird tray. I don’t have the time to go out every morning and fill it with seeds. So much for that, the birds just eat until it’s gone. I’ve gone through a bag of birdseed in ONE week!

There are 4 white doves that are often in the garden. They are quite tame. This one let me come quite close to it before Bradley gave it a fright and it flew away.

This bird comes to our garden every day. I need to ask my mom what type of bird it is.
