I haven’t taken part in one of the iHeartFaces challenges in AGES… but holidays and the sea air and relaxed kids just make for beautiful photos and of course Bradley’s gorgeous eyes :) … just perfect for this week’s Beautiful Eyes challenge

It’s Valentines Day, and what could be more loving than your kids giving you Valentines cards that they made themselves…

Hope you got some love today :)

Woot!! 2 more days left of my #365 project!!

I haven’t done a IHeartFaces challenge in a while, and thought this week’s theme, SMILE, was perfect to start the week with…

I did take other photos of the kids giggling and having fun today, and I could have used one of those, but for some reason, this “clean” image of Bradley spoke to me.  It’s not often that I post photos of my kids with open smiling faces… so it’s back to basics for today…

As I was exporting today’s photos from my camera this evening, I noticed that the I Heart Faces theme for the week was “Vroom Vroom”.  What luck!! I had something to post for a change!  LOL!

This post’s alternative title should really be “Why the Woolworths food aisle is bad for mothers”.  Every single time we go grocery shopping, Connor whines and whinges until I buy him a “Thomas Egg”  These tiny little Thomas Tank Engine trains are to be found in the middle of chocolate eggs.  Connor is determined to get the full set, but as you can see we have ended up with quite a few doubles in the process.

I just love using my 50mm at night in my kitchen with the granite counter… the reflections are awesome!

The theme on IHeartFaces this week is “Collage”… and I could not think of a better lot of subjects for today that the 2 new additions to our family.  I know they’re not human faces, but hey, the kids ran away from me this evening!

The light was quite dim by the time I got home today, which is why their eyes look a little duller than the last photos I took of them… and I tried out some new Lightroom presets from TRA that I got yesterday.

Oh, and you see that photo with Kitara in the flowers?  When I took them to the vet on Saturday, he took one look at them and said “Oh look, 2 new gardeners” Hehe!
