Bradley is going on a school outing today… I hope he remembers this picture that he drew at school

That is just priceless. Great artwork, and a wonderful lesson.
That is SO COOL! And colourful.
I think it’s good that the kids learn to explain their fears and to learn to handle the danger problems. Nice drawing, Bradley!
He will remember, don’t worry!
Susanne
I am sure he’ll remember and that’s an awesome pic!
love it.
That’s a good picture he’s got there!
Liam has the outlook that you just need to introduce yourself and then you are no longer a stranger.
He took these yesterday after I took the photos of Elaine. He’s developing quite a good eye… these were all taken with my 50mm lens. Not bad for a 5 year old hey?!
He was quite funny afterwards when I was looking at the photos he’d taken and I’d commented on how good they were: “It’s easy Mommy, all you have to do is stand veeeery still and click… and then your photos will be perfect… like mine!”
Granny and Papa – I just have to coach him with people shots a bit.
Happy Thanksgiving to all the US peeps that read my blog.

holy cow! He has an eye for it for sure. Stunning! I just want to hug him.
That second shot is AWESOME! Did you do any processing with any of these, apart from putting on the watermark?
Seriously, he is GOOD!

That second one is outstanding! But what would on expect from a child who thinks a camera is a natural extention of his mother’s face?
quillys last blog post..Happy Thanksgiving 2008
Oh they are great! Well done Bradley, you’re well on your way to becoming a top notch photographer just like your mummy!

[...] last week, when I posted the photos that Bradley took? Well, Connor gave it a bash this week. LOL, not really, but he was pretending that my tripod [...]
The only way I could get Bradley to pose for the photos on Sunday (he wasn’t that willing), was to let him take photos with my camera for a while. We both took photos of the same yellow flowers… I have no idea what kind of flower it is.
A 5 year old’s view of the yellow flowers
… and my version of the same flowers

Bradley learning how to write, and a few days ago, he got hold of my mom’s shopping list and wrote a list of Mr Men books that he wanted her to buy (by copying the words from the back of one of the other Mr Men books that he has).
If you’re trying to read it, he hasn’t learnt about not wrapping words into the next line yet![]()
Yesterday, when I got to my mom’s house, he proudly showed me his new books that she’d bought him… exactly the same ones that he’d asked for![]()

I took this one at the beginning of the month. It’s by far the best piece of graffiti around here. I think it’s incredible.
I took it in an open piece of ground between Darrenwood and Linden in Johannesburg.
I posted something similar a few days ago, but I just love these massive chess pieces. They’re about thigh height, on a massive chess board at Misty Hills hotel in Muldersdrift
And then I couldn’t resist taking these photos of Bradley tonight. He made this clown suit out of paper and cardboard at school today. I love all his artwork that he brings home!
Check out Lindy and Coreys blogs for their takes on the theme. Can’t wait to hear what August’s theme is!

I can never get myself to do something like you have done here, shooting or post processing the image to be at an angle. I was taught to be more traditional in photojournalism, with level horizon lines and such. This is more art which I need practice. If you don’t mind, I’ll link to your blog for inspiration. Thanks!! http://perry-myworld.blogspot.com/
fabulous. i love the one of bradley- he looks so chuffed with himself!
ooooooooooooooooo you choose some great ones.
I love the variety.
all really different shots. well done.
wow that first one really is amazing! There’s something about carved wood that really touches me so I love the second one too. Oooh and well Bradley is too cute for words and really gets into this months theme!!
That first shot is really eye-candy – VERY niiiiiice!
That is one good looking piece of graffiti. Vibrant. I find myself wondering what is on the other wall?
love that graffiti!
Great variety of art.
