Bradley didn’t want to take the dogs walking in the park. So we bartered… or you can call it a bribe
… and I got my photo for the day… and we walked the dogs around the block instead. I was happy, Bradley was happy, dogs were ecstatic!

I finally upgraded my 50mm lens to a f1.4, and it arrived today… so of course I had to try it out. I love it already!

Peek-a-boo! The teeth are growing!!
Just as I was going to take my photo this evening (it was all planned), the power went out in our neighbourhood. So plans had to change… this is what I came up with… no flash used just a flashlight
In other news of the day… my Facebook page has finally got more people that like it, than I have friends on my personal page, and more than half of the “likers” are not “friends” of mineCool hey?!!
Oh and… do you like the colour logos on my photos now? I finally had some time to sort out watermarking in the export from Lightroom 3, so now I’m not using Photoshop at all anymore

very cool pics – the watermark looks a bit funny – but i can’t tell you why…just doesn’t look smooth – if that makes any sense?

Nice photos. I like the watermark but on the photos above it looks like it is not being anti-aliased, you can see the jaggies on the edges… Not too much of a big deal, but I know you’re a perfectionist

It was my dad’s 60th birthday today and the family and some friends joined him at my parent’s home for an afternoon of food and fun to celebrate. So, actually, this was my 67 minutes… because the family hardly ever gets together like this. I’ll do a charitable 67 minutes another day

… and my dad’s cousin Dave and his wife (who live in Zimbabwe)
This was too funny, she would shut her eyes every time the ball came close to her
Because Terry was around, my mom had to make her famous chocolate eclairs for dessert
Connor was the “Bafama Bafama” goalie for the day
Connor was trying to work out the numbers, and eventually decided that dad was 16!! He was delighted
It was an awesome day with my family
