I have been a little scarce lately, it’s been a little manic here this week, and this weekend is more than a little hectic too. Hopefully I’ll be able to get through my blog reader next week, and post a little more

Madi and her family came over for a braai on Sunday, and it was the first time this summer that we’ve really been able to use the pool (it was kinda outta action for a while). The kids had a blast as you can see…

I love the light and the editing you have done on these photos, really evocative.

it is always on interesting post for me when I realize you are going into summer.
I know it seems dumb to you, but would you consider doing a post on here or the other blog, about what it is like to have Christmas in a summer environment. I mean….what is on the wrapping paper, and the decorations? snowmen? and penguins? I’m so curious!

Wow, what lovely sunny weather! The weather in the Cape is totally horrendous at the moment – no sign of summer anywhere. It’s hard to believe that you are having such great days while we are fighting the storms over here – enjoy!!

These have to be my favourite photos from the Lent for Liam function at Cool Runnings earlier today. In fact, I’d go as far as to say, they’re my favourite photos in a very long time. I think it’s because it shows the kids not worrying about my camera and having so much fun learning...

Oh wow !! These are amazing photos! I can imagine Connor getting a little frustrated though, being shorter! Bradley and Cameron’s faces of concentration are brilliant! I am surprised they allowed them to play though

I went to the Lent for Liam Thanksgiving shindig today that was held at Cool Runnings in Fourways.
Liam is the son of a local blogger, Wenchy, who has got ADHD and needs to go to remedial school. Basically, his mom can’t afford the school fees for next year, and we’ve been raising money for him...
