Lovely!! One tired eye from Elaine – she had had a long day!!
I love the perspective in these shots. So pretty!

The dragonfly is just stunning… and you live in such a beautiful place. Would love to visit that area sometime. Now you got me thinking….
I opened up your blog and the photo of the dragonfly literally took my breath away! I also love the 2nd last shot of the flower.
Love love love the 1st one! Very impressive Jeanette. I also really like the rest especially the grass one ~ the affect you using is really nice.
In the couple of times I have been to Johannesburg I haven’t yet had the opportunity or the location to take a nice skyline pic of the city. This looks like a good spot.
I really like the texture of the bark, works well in black and white.
Absolutly stunning work.
Stunning! My two favourite? Jozi skyline and the dragonfly! Well done!
Beautiful pictures – and love the dragonfly!
Wow – lovely! The dragonfly is gorgeous! But think before you go anywhere .. and NEVER alone!!! Your angels were with you – please don’t do it again!
Stunning photos Jeanette, different from your usual but very much the same professional quality. I love the textures of the trees bark and the dof of the insect and flowers.
It looks fabulous! Thats some view!
WOW!!!!!!!!!!! that dragonfly shot is *ah-may-zzzing!!!*

My silver birch trees are always the first to change into their autumn colours, and it was the first time I’ve noticed the shape of the leaves! My next lens HAS to be a macro lens so I can do them proper justice, but the 50mm f1.8 did it’s magic this evening

How pretty! I just thought that I needed to get a macro lens to capture the first leaf buds on the trees for spring!

The challenge at Iheartfaces is “Jump for Joy” this week…
I only noticed the theme after I posted all the jumping photos yesterday, so it gave me a great idea for today’s photo for my 365 challenge

I really like this and the edges are great.
Love it! Very joyful.

Bradley went to a party on Saturday afternoon, and the most amazing facepainter was at work… it’s a huge pity I didn’t get her details actually.

this is just so fun! reminds of me of Sugar’s face last summer. you got some great shots of it!
amazing! When Alexis was 4 she got her face painted like a bunny at my husband’s ship’s picnic, it was amazing. The following year we had a different painter that was not that well at all. I was really disappointed.
Wow! What awesome shots! Bradley is truly transformed…
Wow – this is amazing! It is almost like the lady at the farmers market – an artwork in itself.
