Mike and Bianca got married at a private home in Kyalami on Saturday. After a swelteringly hot morning, and a quick light rain shower, the weather had thankfully cooled down slightly by the time the wedding was due to start. It was such a magnificent venue, with buck roaming around the house (well actually, thankfully I got a few photos of the wildlife before the guests arrived because they quickly disappeared with all the noise) and wide open spaces and not to mention the amazing walls and stairs in the house!

From the gorgeous venue… to the amazing dress designed by Marianne Fassler… to the rose ceremony where they exchanged roses with their rings tied to them… the elegant decor reflecting all the countries the couple have visited… the seeds that guests threw instead of confetti… and the blessings after the ceremony by their brothers… this was one wedding I’m not likely to forget.

Mike and Bianca are such a beautiful couple, and I just loved the way they looked at each other. There were hardly any times during the day where they weren’t smiling.

It was just such a privilege to be a part of their special day.
