Yesterday afternoon, I met up with a client at Soccer City for a portrait shoot… which I can’t show you quite yet but I can show these images that I took of the empty stadium.  It was so quiet… and very very dusty (with the mine dumps right next door that’s not surprising)… and so very cool to get walked around by a guide taking photos of my clients in the most amazing light… it’s just an awesome location for people who love soccer!

They were preparing the field for a commercial shoot that’s taking place on Wednesday… which is why that light contraption was on the field.

Wish I’d taken more of the stadium actually… it’s such an amazing space.  It’s so very different when it’s full of people… I’ve been there before, and this is one of my images from that Trinations match that I went to…
