On Nerdmag a few weeks ago, there was an online auction where all the proceeds were donated to Wet Nose, and my bid on a batch of Angels’ yummy cupcakes was successful. I finally got my ducks in a row this morning, and went to collect my cupcakes!
It couldn’t have happened on a better weekend, because it’s Lance’s 40th birthday tomorrow, and we had guests here this evening… so the strawberry cream cheese cupcakes were dessert, and we even got to put candles in them and sing happy birthday too!
There was no way that we couldn’t have a taste of them before our guests arrived, and OMW they were amazing!
Definitely going to order some from her for other special occasions!
This was an unusual day for me, I actually had a Saturday without a shoot, because the one I had planned was postponed. I also missed out on the Gautrain tweetup, because of the photoshoot, which I’m so very disappointed about… but it meant that I spend the day with my boys, and I caught up with my editing
So all in all it was good!
