Nicole booked her maternity shoot at the beginning of October, but we didn’t set a location at that time. She wanted photos taken in the veld, and she liked ruins and old buildings and was looking for something different. When I went to Tarlton a few weeks ago for another shoot, the owner of that farm told me about this burnt out stone house close by on an abandoned piece of land. As soon as I saw the property I knew it would be perfect for the shoot, so that’s where we met this morning.
And it was gorgeous! The weather even played it’s part – it went from drizzling to full sun!
Nicole and Jaco are expecting a little boy in February, and you can see they’re going to be stunning parents. The look on Jaco’s face when he was holding the little booties against Nicole’s tummy really made me smile!
I want to actually thank them for trusting me with this new location
I’m quite pleased to have been introduced to it!

Stunning pics!
Divine!
One day, please Gd, you will be doing my maternity shoot!!
Hi Jeanette,
It’s been regular now to see a update from your side. Fantastic photos
Love the edits as well.
The old building looks a great place as well. I am very inspired to a shoot with couple of people I know. Looking for a old shed or a building near our area.
By the way, if you can edit, it’s mistyped as Nricole in the beginning for Nicole.
Thanks,
Girish
