Madi and her family came over for a braai on Sunday, and it was the first time this summer that we’ve really been able to use the pool (it was kinda outta action for a while). The kids had a blast as you can see…
While Bradley and Andrew were taking turns jumping into the pool…
… the littlies played in the baby pool attached to the main pool…
… and chose Christmas pressies from the toy catalog!
… all in all… a prefect summer’s day

Wow, what lovely sunny weather! The weather in the Cape is totally horrendous at the moment – no sign of summer anywhere. It’s hard to believe that you are having such great days while we are fighting the storms over here – enjoy!!

I know it seems dumb to you, but would you consider doing a post on here or the other blog, about what it is like to have Christmas in a summer environment. I mean….what is on the wrapping paper, and the decorations? snowmen? and penguins? I’m so curious!
