Bradley started Grade 0 today, and there was a school assembly this morning which all the parents were invited to, which was followed by a champagne breakfast under the trees.  And of course, I went with my trusty camera :)

One of the traditions at the school is called the “Short Walk”.  The whole school forms 2 parallel lines through the grounds of the school leading to the Senior Primary classrooms.  The Grade 4′s (who are now leaving Junior Primary), turn their blazers inside out; the girls put their boater hats under their arms and bash them, and the boys turns their caps inside out.  They are then led through the pathways by a bagpiper to their new classrooms.

It was such a special thing to watch!
