The colours are vibrant with great composition and energy. The focus on the eyes is terrific, especially the way they are framed by the unfortunate-for-the-tiger-but-not-unfortunate-for-you-fence. I'd imagine this shot was a tough catch because tigers - sadly - often pace back and forth very quickly in their habitats.
