Taken at the Lion Park on Sunday.
More Wordless Wednesday HERE and HERE
What a great shot! It’s amazing to me how a lot of predators look so cute, soft and cuddly until you try to pet them– and they eat you.
Please don’t try to get a closer image!

he’s a looker! great pic
Beautiful shot Jeanette. The colours are vibrant with great composition and energy. The focus on the eyes is terrific, especially the way they are framed by the unfortunate-for-the-tiger-but-not-unfortunate-for-you-fence. I’d imagine this shot was a tough catch because tigers – sadly – often pace back and forth very quickly in their habitats. Thanks for sharing.

I love how he looks at us in this photo. Perfect!
Love what you did here…happy WW!
Nice one Jeanette! Have you watched “Daniel and his cats” on Animal Planet? Got to see it!
Even if the animal inside is happy in his surroundings, a photo like this can make the scene look sad with the fence in the foreground. Very well done on the photo though.
Great shot. I am drawn to those amazing eyes. Happy WW

wow – such a clear shot of the face…I know how hard it is to get the camera to focus on the animal and not the fence…well done.
