What a great shot! It’s amazing to me how a lot of predators look so cute, soft and cuddly until you try to pet them– and they eat you.

Beautiful shot Jeanette. The colours are vibrant with great composition and energy. The focus on the eyes is terrific, especially the way they are framed by the unfortunate-for-the-tiger-but-not-unfortunate-for-you-fence. I’d imagine this shot was a tough catch because tigers – sadly – often pace back and forth very quickly in their habitats. Thanks for sharing.

Even if the animal inside is happy in his surroundings, a photo like this can make the scene look sad with the fence in the foreground. Very well done on the photo though.
