Weekly Winners : 23 – 29 Nov

I’ve almost finished proofing Fiona’s maternity photos from last Sunday, so I thought I’d post a few more of my favourites… and I know she’s dying to get them, so hope she’ll like to see a few more;).

Are we done yet

F&D B&W

Country lane

And here’s another photo of my sister Elaine, from the day she got her results

Daydreaming

Then on Friday afternoon, Fiona and Ethan came over to our house for a swim… and a glass of wine… and look what we found floating in the pool!! Isn’t it HUGE? I needed the wine glass to show how big it was.

Creepy crawlie

The spider and the wine glass

And yesterday, I met a few bloggers for the first time at The Kid’s birthday party. I thoroughly enjoyed the day, but I can’t post many photos because I got asked not to post any of the kids. I’ll send the photos to the mom’s in question, and then they can decide what to post on their own blogs.

and Angel….

… she’s Ms Cupcake Extraordinaire! Aren’t they the MOST stunning cupcakes?

Awesome cupcakes

Under the sea cupcakes

Yummy cupcake

…and that’s it for the week!

It seems that everybody but Fiona has seen her maternity photos.

Don’t you think some people are just too paranoid about their kids’ photos and allowing somebody with a friendly website to post the photos in their blog.

The Jackson Files (16 comments.) - November 30, 2008 - 12:29 pm

Hi Jeanette. It was awesome to finally meet you and your beautiful boys IRL yesterday. SO looking forward to the Xmas Bloggirls lunch next weekend.

[...] Jeanette  and her son Bradley took the most beautifull pictures. What a pleasure it was to meet you as well! Connor is just the cutest thing! Jackson’ mom with her one beer was hillarious! Just lover her way of looking at the world and her adorable son Jackson. Megan had such a blast and passed out in the car on the way to the party number 2. She was just swimming, splashing, eating indulging in all the sweets and yummy stuffies! She loves the interaction with other kids and it was so nice to actually see more boys then girls at a party (So at least now there is hope that 1 day she will find a husband!) [...]

[...] All my favourite people were there – The Boyfriend, The Kid, The Boyfriend’s lovely family, my family and my wonderful blog friends. Jeanette and her kids and camera were there. It was lovely to meet her. I didn’t get to spend much time with her, she was running around with her camera, snapping away – capturing memories for me. I was far too busy to take pictures myself. She’s a stunning lady – far too pretty to be behind the camera. Her oldest son Bradley was taking pictures as well, which I thought was awesome. Such a cool skill to develop at such a young age. Such an amazing thing to be able to teach your child. Well done, Jenty. I can’t thank you enough for how special you made yesterday. She put up a few of the pictures, more to follow when I have them, but in the meantime, you can go here. [...]
