Three Corners – Water

The Three Corners theme for August was “Water”. LOL, and considering we went on holiday to the beach and we flew to Hermanus this month, it was quite an easy subject. The only problem was choosing photos!

I’ve chosen the following three, because they represent a lot of what South Africa means to me, and that is the whole aim of the Three Corners project – to show the differences and similarities between the 3 places in the world that Corey, Lindy and myself come blog from.

Firstly, representing my family and fun and sunshine and happy times…

Oh my….these are wonderful! LOVE the one of your boy in the puddle. – what a cutie!!
And the one of the bench overlooking the water……that one is awesome!! Of course I love the hippo too!!

beautiful images jeanette. I love the little boys face as he looks at his reflection in the water. the 2nd image is just so peaceful, I would love to be sat there now and the 3rd image is wonderful. I love the way you have caught the hippos eye just above the water, so much detail wonderful.

I love the first one with your cute little boy playing with water. The 2nd one wants me to be there and sit down and meditate about life and the last one is cute!

All three pictures stand out as spectacular. The scenery of your part of the world is what first drew me to your blog. Even so, that shot of your son is perfection.
