I know, more flowers ***insert rolling eyes emoticon here***!  But I’m enjoying seeing all the colour in my mom’s garden, now that Spring has sprung   Just wish we would get some rain, it’s very dry here!
And I actually don’t know what it is, but I’m sure that my mom will let me know as soon as she reads this post

I just love it when the clivias are in bloom, the bright orange signify the end of winter to me. They really brighten up the end of winter gardens. I took this photo in my mom’s garden this evening.  It hasn’t been adjusted at all, the colours of this particular plant were significantly brighter than the others.

More Weekly Winners at Sarcastic Mom’s blog

Ok, it’s a bit…. no, very blurred   But I still quite like it.  It’s the first time I’ve tried to do a self-portrait with my SLR, it’s a LOT more difficult than with a P&S. 

What I don’t like about it is that you can still see my wrinkles on my fingers and under my eyes!

I really, really tried to think of something more creative for this week’s photohunt, but when I hear “wrinkled“, I only think about myself! OMW, I’m feeling old at the moment.  I’m not sure if it’s because of my hairstyle or what, but I’m not happy with the way I look at all.
