I tried to take photos of my boys today, but they were NOT willing to be beautiful models today. For some reason they felt that making themselves filthy in the mud and the sandpit was much more interesting than sitting still for 2 seconds for me to take photos.
So, instead, here is my beautiful photo for today… it’s a photo that I took of Connor when he was exactly 3 weeks old. It was his first Friday at home, after being in NICU for 16 days.

Bradley learning how to write, and a few days ago, he got hold of my mom’s shopping list and wrote a list of Mr Men books that he wanted her to buy (by copying the words from the back of one of the other Mr Men books that he has).
If you’re trying to read it, he hasn’t learnt about not wrapping words into the next line yet
Yesterday, when I got to my mom’s house, he proudly showed me his new books that she’d bought him… exactly the same ones that he’d asked for
We had a function at work yesterday afternoon. And, yes, I had my camera handy because I was taking photos of everyone. When I noticed this yellow weaver snacking on the leftovers, I quickly changed my lens to my 70-300mm Sigma lens and started having fun!
This one is by far my favourite, and I think it’s good enough for camera club this month…
