Archive for July, 2008
I took this one at the beginning of the month. It’s by far the best piece of graffiti around here. I think it’s incredible.
I took it in an open piece of ground between Darrenwood and Linden in Johannesburg.
I posted something similar a few days ago, but I just love these massive chess pieces. They’re about thigh height, on a massive chess board at Misty Hills hotel in Muldersdrift
And then I couldn’t resist taking these photos of Bradley tonight. He made this clown suit out of paper and cardboard at school today. I love all his artwork that he brings home!
Check out Lindy and Coreys blogs for their takes on the theme. Can’t wait to hear what August’s theme is!
It’s been such a mild winter, that the garden is starting to bloom already. It’s so nice to see colour in the garden again… but I’m sure we’ll have another really cold spell… it’s too early for Spring.
And the rest are all about parties!
Bradley went to another girl’s party last Sunday. I’m really really struggling to find gifts for girls now, and he keeps getting invited to girl parties!
and then yesterday was Jason’s party (Sarah, I’ll email you small versions of all the pics, got some lovely ones)
